Italian Improver

The course is about ‘I miei ricordi’ (our memories), so we will be focusing on talking about the past, practising the ‘passato prossimo’ and ‘imperfetto’ tenses.
We will also learn about the use of the present conditional (andrei in palestra - I would go to the gym) and past conditional (sarei andata in palestra - I would have gone to the gym)

A Gong Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing experience that uses the vibrations of gongs to soothe the mind and body. The sound waves help reduce stress, promote better sleep, and restore balance by guiding you into a meditative state.
The rich, resonant tones encourage deep relaxation, helping to release tension, improve focus, and boost overall well-being. Perfect for anyone needing a reset, a sound bath allows you to switch off from daily stress and reconnect with yourself.
Whether you seek relaxation, clarity, or a moment of peace, a gong sound bath is a powerful way to unwind.
